Had a great experience here. Got in an accident that wasn't our fault which made our car unsafe to drive. The team members we met here were helpful, courteous, and just all around great. We got some good advice on submitting our claim to ensure it would get processed quickly, they were able to get our car in within 3 days of receiving the estimate, and the fairly extensive damage was repaired within a week. They communicated well with us and went the extra mile in a few areas. It's been a few weeks since the repairs were made and there haven't been any issues with our car. I'm highly satisfied with their work. I feel comfortable in recommending Velocity Auto Body as a reliable place to get your car repaired.

After third attempt repairs were made correctly. Should have been done right the first time. Owner was extremely rude and condescending and called us knit picky because we wanted the repair done correctly. Original photos showed that accident damage was not repaired and he continued to argue. Didn’t want to correct the issue, wanted us to just accept it and leave. After third repair attempt called to find out if car was ready and female who answered phone was not helpful, but very rude and just wanted to argue that they had called us to report work done, but they hadn’t. She told us to come get the car and slammed the phone down. Passive aggressive owner and employees. Workmanship ended up being satisfactory, but the customer service is lacking in professionalism.

Great, Fast and Quality Work! Nicest People to work with! After an unfortunate incident with a deer we were left with one vehicle. Velocity took our vehicle right in. They made us feel like top priority. When I called every person I spoke with was genuinely kind and respectful. They made you feel like family. I was able to get my vehicle back quicker than I expected and it looks FANTASTIC. Their work is just as great as the atmosphere and their customer service. I would 100% recommend Velocity Auto Body to everyone! If you want quality work and feel like you are truly cared about...you are in great hands with Velocity!

Excellent work and customer service. I was side swiped by a drunk driver and needed some buffing done and a mirror replaced. They handled a difficult insurance company and go the work done quickly. While there, I had them repaint the hood which had complete paint failure on it. The paint had spider web cracks all over it and was coming off in chunks down to the sheet metal. The quality of work done was excellent. They went above and beyond finding a hard to find replacement mirror for my car. After 3 different mirrors, they got the right one and got it installed.
